Foyle Search and Rescue are delighted to announce that we have been successful in renewing the Volunteer Now, NI Investing in Volunteers Award.
We were delighted and honored to receive this recertification. Over the past 12/18 months we have been working towards renewing our UK quality standard for the involvement of volunteers within an organisation. The standard has brought a lot of changes internally to the organisation over the years and has helped us improve volunteer management practices and has ensured our volunteering policies and processes are as good as they possibly can be-for the benefit of volunteers and charity.
Foyle Search and Rescue would like to take this opportunity thank all or volunteers for embracing the changes within the organisation because without your dedication and commitment we would not be the organisation we are today.
